This will be the first "sneak peak" to the L'oreal Odeurs commercial. The Story board has been attached to this post. After long hours of filming and editing the commerical was finalized and will be soon posted on youtube for public viewing!
Before watching the commercial people must know that it is only a mock of what the real commercial is going to be, the real commercial will be starred by Scarlett Johansson which is the face of the product. I wanted the advert to simulate what I wanted for the portrayal of the product, and I think it was successfully achieved. You can make your own opinions after June 3rd when the advert will be posted on youtube.com
Here's the story board for now.....
This blog will be used to record the progress of my academic work for the final term of my Fashion Marketing and Promotion course. The blog will be updated constantly to show the progress of my work throughout the term.

FACE OF CAMPAING: SCARLETT JOHANSSON
I have finished writting the report and I am now making the final changes to the marketing campaign. I recently decided that the face of the campaign should be Scarlett Johansson. I think she would be the perfect spokes model to advertise the product. L'oreal is well-know for it's celebrity endorsement, and has chosen Scarllet Johansson to do a few of its commercials. And I believe she would represent 'L'oreal Odeurs' PERFECTLY!! She is fresh, young, radiant and natural! Everything the brand stands for!

CHANGES AND UPDATES
This month I have been working on putting together my academic report, and have started to compile the buisness plan for the brand extension that will be incorporated into L'oreal. Previously I had said that the fragrance line was going to be called "Garden of Eden", but after doing some further thinking, I though the name should be more related to the brand as a whole, for the product proposition is to enhance the brand identity as well as providing costumers with a new product.
The name of the fragrance line has been changed to "L'oreal Odeurs", the products will carry the brand label and therefore create loyalty supported by the corporate brand.
